At The Ethnique Courtyard by Neenu, each garment is crafted with great care using handloom fabrics and handcrafted techniques. Due to the nature of our products and limited production, please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
All sales are final.


No Return / No Exchange in the Following Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • You do not like the material, fabric texture or colour of the garment.

  • There is a minor colour difference due to:

    • Screen resolution

    • Device display settings

    • Camera or lighting used for photography
      (A 19–20% colour variation may occur and must be accepted.)

  • The product has been washed, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.


Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly across devices such as mobiles, laptops, and monitors. Such variations are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are considered only for size-related issues, subject to:

  • Stock availability

  • Quality inspection approval

Exchange requests will be rejected if:

  • The tags are removed

  • The item is used or washed

  • The product condition is altered


Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any return or exchange request, a full uncut video of the product being opened is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The outer package and shipping label

  • The full opening/unboxing process without pauses or edits

  • The condition of the product upon arrival

  • Any visible damages or defects

❗ Requests without this video will not be processed.


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers bear all costs and risks for returning items.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • We strongly recommend using insured and trackable courier services.

  • No exchange will be processed until the returned item is physically received and inspected.


Pickup & Exchange Delivery

If you request us to arrange pickup and resend the exchanged product, all shipping costs must be fully borne by the customer.
